How do I create a new email account or address?

To create a new email account or new email address:

  1. Log into the MyHost Client Area, then open your Services and choose the relevant (Web Hosting or Email Hosting package) 
  2. On the Product Details screen, scroll down to the Quick Create Email Account section.
  3. Enter the user name in the text box. (Note that you cannot rename an email account once you’ve created it.)
  4. If you have more than one domain, select the right option for the new email account.
  5. Enter the Desired password.
  6. Click + Create to start running the account. You’ll see a success message once the account is created.

To manage this new email account (or any others) scroll up to Quick Shortcuts and click Email accounts.

Accessing Your Emails from Webmail

After creating your email, you will be able to log in to Webmail from the following address using your full email address and the password you just created:

You might want to use your email with your preferred email client (e.g. Outlook) or on your phone (e.g. Apple Mail ot Gmail).
