There will be times when you will want to, or our team will ask you to send us sensitive information such as passwords, to keep these secure you can use our secure paste bin.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Visit https://paste.myhost.nz/ on your web browser. Locate the main text field on the page and copy the information the support agent requested and paste it directly into this box.

- Click the Create button on the upper right corner to generate the paste link.

- The page will reload or update to show a unique URL (web link). Copy this full URL by hitting CTRL + C on your keyboard.

- Return to your email or support portal. Reply to your open support ticket and paste the link into the body of your message.

Important Notes
- Do not send the generated link to others. Only send this to the support ticket that requested for the pastebin link.
- If you make a mistake, simply refresh the page to start over.
- The link will expire in 3 days by default. You can change this by clicking the dropdown menu Expires: <Duration> beside the New button on the top bar.
- All data in our paste service is encrypted so it cannot be read/recovered without the link.
