If you have received an email from us saying that your domains have been (or will be) migrated from Domains Direct to MyHost, here's what you need to know:
- We'll move your domains to MyHost and take of DNS, nameservers and other technical details.
- Once that is done you'll receive a link to a personalised welcome page and we'll ask you to create a new password.
- You will also need to set up a payment method by either registering a credit card or enabling direct debits. This is because we don’t copy payment details between systems, for security reasons.
