How to enable and customize the 404 page?

This page will be shown to a visitor when they try to reach a non-existent page on your website.

How to enable the 404 page?

  • Hover over "Settings" gear.png button above the main toolbar and click "Pages";
  • Select greyed out "Custom 404 page" option;
  • Check "Enabled" box;
  • Click "Apply" to save changes.

How to customize the 404 page?

  • Hover over page selector dropdown menu above the main toolbar and select "Custom 404 page" (once enabled);
  • Customize page to your liking (as you would with any other page);
  • Publish website to reflect any changes made to the 404 page.
