Our migrations team can perform transfers from your existing provider to our cPanel based shared or reseller services. If you have a non-cPanel account, such as Plesk or DirectAdmin, you can still request a transfer.
To transfer your account, please open a ticket with our support team and provide the following details:
- Existing control panel username and password(s) for each account
- Existing control panel login URL
- Domain UDAI transfer codes - you can retrieve this from your registrar. Please ask is if you are unsure where this may be obtained from
