You can place a request to cancel a service with us on our customer portal.
Once you are logged in:
- To Cancel Hosting Services:
- Open My Services
- Click the Green active button of the service to be cancelled
- Click Request Cancellation on the left-hand side (under Actions)
- Select Cancellation Type & add a description for the request
- Click Request Cancellation to confirm.
Once this is done, it will put into the system and the automated process will be started depending on the type of cancellation you have selected.
- To stop a Domain from being automatically renewed:
- Open My Domains
- Click the Green active button of the Domain to be cancelled
- Click Auto-Renew on the left-hand side (under Actions)
- Select Disable Auto-Renew
Your Domain will no longer be renewed when it expires although it will remain active for the remainder of its current registration period and you may receive some emails from us or our upstream provider letting you know the state of the domain as it expires.
