    The primary migrations are now complete and we expect most customers to being seeing websites and email back to normal. Below are the server-specific updates:

    Sefton – Performance continues to improve on this server and will get better as time goes on and caches are primed. 

    Tasman – The Tasman migration is now complete and we expect websites and email on this server to be back online.

    Taranaki – Migration has now finished for Taranaki and we expect websites and email on this server to be back online.

    Please note that while we expect all websites and email services to be back online it may take some time for performance to reach standard levels as some files are still synced and caches are primed. Once again we thank you for your patience today and our engineers will be keeping a close eye on these servers over the next few hours and days.

    Restoration is continuing and in some cases is complete and many customers should start seeing a return to normal performance. Below are server-specific updates:

    Tasman – The Tasman migration is now complete and we expect websites and email on this server to be back to normal levels of performance and reliability.

    We are making good progress with the restoration efforts, though website and email service may continue to have some intermittent issues for now. Below are server-specific updates:

    Sefton – Performance is steadily improving, and we anticipate performance improvements over the next few hours. If you continue to experience issues with your website on this server, please contact support.

    Tasman – The Tasman migration is on schedule, and we expect it to be completed later today.

    Taranaki – The migration for Taranaki is also progressing as planned, with completion expected later today as well. We are seeing more intermittent web server timeouts and mail delivery delays on this server compared to the others, but expect this to be resolved at the end of the migration.

    Engineers are continuing with the restoration plans and they are progressing well but website performance will still be intermittent during this time. Server specific updates are below:

    Tasman – The migration of Tasman is progressing and is on track at this stage. We still expect this to be completed later today.

    Late yesterday we started to experience a critical issue on one of our hardware nodes that is impacting the servers Sefton, Tasman and Taranaki. Engineers have been working around the clock to resolve the issues and we have the following updates:

    Sefton – Has been restored and appears to be running smoothly with some reduced performance. We expect this to improve gradually over the next few hours.

    Tasman – We are currently migrating Tasman to a different hardware node and until this is complete we expect service to have intermittent outages. We expect this migration to be completed today.

    Taranaki –  We are working to migrate Taranaki as well and until this is complete we expect service to have intermittent outages. We expect this migration to be completed today.

    If you are experiencing issues with your emails we suggest using the Webmail service to check and send email until we have services fully restored, you can login with your email address and password.

    We know issues like these are disruptive, and you can be assured we’re doing everything we can to return services to normal as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
