We are experiencing a large Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) to parts of our infrastructure. We are actively investigating and taking measures to mitigate the impact on our services. Some customers may experience intermittent connectivity issues, increased latency, or temporary service disruptions while mitigation efforts are underway.

If you are still facing issues, please contact us at support@myhost.nz and include:

  • Your IP address (whatsmyip.com)
  • What isn't working (e.g. you can't see MyHost website, can't login to your account, or your website is down)
  • Anything else you think might be relevant.
