A power outage at the data centre caused network connectivity loss early this morning.

As we have dual power feeds, equipment that was on the failed power feed experienced an outage lasting approximately one hour.

We sent our techs down to swap the power feeds as soon as we were made aware of the issue, and the issue has now been resolved.

Our provider is investigating the issue as to why battery backups were not working this morning, despite their stringent testing every month.

We will provide more information as it comes to hand.
